The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS ) is delighted to be working with Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAN) to provide their procurement staff with a tailored training programming, enhancing and developing skills and knowledge in procurement and supply management.
The training will offer a range of learning options such as e-learning, face-to-face and longer-term work-based learning though the CIPS Corporate award programme, tailored for the exact needs of the business which supplies virtually every vehicle manufacturer in the world.
Following completion of skills analysis exercise by all procurement employees, CIPS – in partnership with Dana – will customise training modules designed to enhance individual and team performance based on the results. Dana employees will have access to a free e-learning library with more than 250 hours of training with high-quality, authoritative content across a range of procurement, and supply-chain management topics.
Through the program and management selection, procurement employees will have an opportunity to partake in the Advanced Practitioner Program, a combination of face-to-face training and tailored projects that result in MCIPS accreditation – the internationally-recognised standard of competence for procurement professionals.
With operations in 33 countries on six continents, Dana has more than 300 procurement team members globally.
