I am a current member

If we have recently contacted you regarding your forthcoming renewal date you can renew by simply visiting your MyCIPS account and following the instructions.

My membership has expired

Don’t worry if you forgot to renew, we all know that sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in a day. You can still renew your membership online by visiting your MyCIPS account and following the instructions.

Having trouble renewing?

If you are unable to log into your MyCIPS account it could suggest that your membership has lapsed and your record temporarily closed. To reinstate your full record you will need to renew using the join on-line form. To avoid duplication of your records please ensure you use your existing membership number.

Please be aware that you may be charged an administration fee to cover the cost of reinstating your membership.

  • Student members – please re-join as a student member
  • Affiliate members – please re-join as an affiliate member
  • MCIPS members - if you have been awarded MCIPS you should re-join as an Affiliate member and your awarded status will be updated automatically for you.
  • FCIPS members – unfortunately you will not be able to renew online if your membership has lapsed, please contact our helpdesk@cips.org who will be able to advise you.
